for individuals seeking assistive technology and training, leading to significant delays in access.
Many low-income families are unable to afford essential devices such as OrCam, WeWalk or JAWS, which range from $1,000 to $5,000 each, making these technologies inaccessible
The consequence of this lack of access is severe: individuals face increased isolation from education, employment, and daily living, which significantly reduces their independence and dignity.
Without timely intervention, personal aspirations are hindered, preventing individuals from performing crucial tasks
much as reading mail, navigating workplaces, and achieving personal goals.
